Vacation Rentals

If you’re planning a ski vacation to the mountains, you will want to check out Winter Park Colorado vacation rentals. There are many private homes for rent as well as lodges, hotels, townhomes, and condominiums in the town of Winter Park. In addition, the Winter Park Resort has four lodging facilities to choose from. Winter Park Central Reservations will show you online which of these accommodations are available when you are planning to visit. Vacations Inc. is an agency that will help you make reservations online as well.

There are four separate lodgings at the resort that are all quite different. The Winter Park Mountain Lodge is a large hotel with views of the Mary Jane slopes and of Winter Park. There is a restaurant for meals as well as a micro-brewery for a late night beer. The Village Lofts in the resort are beautiful three bedroom suites complete with an elegant kitchen. Zephyr Mountain Lodge is a slopeside lodge with ski-in/ski-out rooms that are only 110 feet from the Zephyr Express Lift. Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe is the newest accommodation that features condos from studio size to three bedroom floor plans. All of these lodgings have their own unique features, and one of them is just right for everyone. The advantages to staying at the resort are that you don’t have to spend time waiting for the shuttle to pick you up because you are close to the slopes, and there is no need to worry about cooking meals because there are numerous restaurants nearby. In addition, the resort has many planned activities for families to enjoy, such as circus presentations, Cowboy Nights, and many more.

Winter Park Colorado Vacation Rentals For some visitors, staying right in the town of Winter Park is more appealing. The Sports Studios are great for a couple or for a smaller family. There is a ski in/ski out option that takes visitors to the bottom of the ski area in only a few minutes. There is also a shuttle that drives back and forth from the resort. The Iron Horse Resort at Winter Park is within walking distance of the ski area. There are two bedroom, two bath condos to rent that will fit up to eight guests. Fireplaces and kitchens add to the comfort of home after a day at the slopes.

There are also many privately owned condos, townhomes, cabins, and houses that are available through Winter Park Central Reservations or through other agencies or realtors. Condos usually come complete with cooking equipment and bedding, and they sometimes have indoor or outdoor pools, hot tubs, washers and dryers, and other conveniences. Townhomes offer comfortable lodging with a little more room and sometimes exercise rooms, Internet access, and shuttle service to the slopes.

A private home is similar, and some of them are very luxurious. They may be located on acres of land with mountain views or in a gated community. Most have three to five bedrooms. Cabins are a great option if you want to have a rustic atmosphere with modern conveniences. Many cabins are on the shuttle route, and they usually come complete with fireplaces and private balconies that face the mountain scenery.

There are options for almost every budget if a visitor is planning to visit Winter Park. In the summer, rentals can be as low as under $50 a night, and during peak season, a studio or small accommodation can be found for around $100 a night. Wherever a visitor chooses to stay in Winter Park, it will be comfortable and pleasant, and a place where they will want to return time after time.
